4. Use of the website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you must not:
- use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or to other users’ data;

5. Products, availability and colours
Our collections are presented on the Site with descriptions and photographs. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the colours and details of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be perfectly accurate.
All products are offered subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or collections, or change descriptions and prices at any time without prior notice.
6. Prices, taxes and currency
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include French VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges such as delivery costs, customs duties, local taxes or bank fees may apply depending on the delivery country and payment method. Any such charges are your responsibility.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price applied to your order will be the price in force at the time of order validation.
7. Orders and contract formation
To place an order, you must follow the steps indicated on the Site (selection of items, cart, identification, confirmation, payment, order confirmation).
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. The sales contract is formed only when your order is expressly confirmed and/or shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of:
- unavailability of the product,
- payment issue,
- obvious error in price or description,
- suspicions of fraud or abnormal ordering behaviour.
8. Payment
Payment must be made at the time of order through the secure payment methods offered on the Site (such as credit/debit card, PayPal or other methods indicated at checkout).
You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that all payment information provided is valid and accurate. In the event of refusal by the payment provider, the order will not be processed and will be considered cancelled.
9. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Delivery options, estimated timeframes and shipping costs are indicated during the order process and may vary depending on destination.
The transfer of risk and title occurs upon delivery of the products to you or to any third party you designate (depending on applicable law and chosen delivery method).
More detailed information is available in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
10. Returns, exchanges and refunds
You have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including, where relevant, a legal right of withdrawal for online purchases within the European Union, subject to certain conditions and exceptions.
The conditions, time limits and procedures for returns, exchanges and refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Please consult that policy before requesting a return.
11. Personal data and cookies
The collection and use of your personal data in connection with your use of the Site and the Services are governed by our Privacy Policy. This policy explains, in particular, what personal data we collect, on what legal bases and for which purposes, as required by applicable regulations.
By using the Site, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to designs, garments, images, photographs, texts, logos, graphics and layout, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of Thierry Colson or its licensors, unless otherwise indicated.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
13. Third-party services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, payment providers or social networks). These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of such third-party sites.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
Within the limits allowed by applicable law, the Site and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be free from errors, viruses or other harmful components, nor that access will always be available or uninterrupted.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or the purchase of products.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services or to a product purchased on the Site shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim, except as otherwise required by mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under applicable law (for example, in case of death or personal injury caused by negligence, or in case of fraud).
16. Changes to the Services and to these Terms
We may modify the Site, our collections, prices or the Services at any time.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Changes will apply to any new order placed after the new version comes into force. You are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first in order to seek an amicable solution. If no amicable solution can be found, the dispute may be brought before the competent French courts or any other court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Consumers in the European Union may also have access to an online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission.
