Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and depend on the destination country. They are confirmed at order confirmation.

Prices are subject to change, but the price shown at the time an order is placed cannot be modified.

Delivery

Delivery times are 2 to 5 business days for standard home delivery.

Delivery times may be longer during sale season and/or promotions, and are indicative — Thierry Colson cannot be held responsible for delays outside its control, and no compensation of any kind can be claimed for delivery delays.

Deliveries within France are carried out by La Poste ("Colissimo suivi"). International orders are shipped via DHL or UPS, depending on destination. Thierry Colson does not deliver to postal boxes. Parcels are always delivered against signature.

If the recipient is absent, a notice is left in the mailbox; the parcel can be collected at the post office within 15 days. With DHL or UPS, the recipient will receive an SMS and email to arrange delivery.

The order can be tracked at any time using the tracking number sent by email on dispatch.

Thierry Colson reserves the choice of carrier and guarantees delivery of the products. Transport risk is the customer's responsibility from the moment the product leaves the warehouse.

If a parcel arrives damaged or opened, or a product is missing, the customer should notify both the carrier and Thierry Colson within 15 days of delivery.

Customs & Duties

International orders are subject to duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in the product price and are the customer's responsibility.

If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for:

• the original shipping charges,
• any duties, taxes or other charges incurred (outbound and return),
• the cost of returning the package.

These amounts are deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Current-collection items and full-price items may be exchanged (subject to stock) or refunded.

• Request window: 14 days from receipt or withdrawal
• Return address: Service Retours – THIERRY COLSON, 14 rue du Grand Prieuré, 75011 Paris, France
• Condition: items must be returned in perfect condition, with the invoice included
• Return costs: paid by the customer
• Exchanges: if the customer requests an exchange, the new delivery charge is not billed
• Refund timing: within 15 working days of receipt of the returned package

Sale or discontinued items may exceptionally be exchanged for a different size, subject to stock availability.

For returns from abroad, the customer must indicate "return for non-compliance" to customs authorities.

Customers must retain proof of return and its date.
